Well, the area of effect (as itis written) is only a (force) meter
hemisphere, which is really a pretty tiny area, and definately not on par
with 'environment', thus I set it at Major Phys. Manip. (S).

On the other hand, your point about it being EITHER personal or
area-effect, not both, is good, and I'm going to rework it later today
into a one-being sustained spell (thus, if you wanna walk through a wall,
you de-corprealize yourself and your buddies, not the wall).
