Ghostview might be your problem. Here's something you might try, if you
have the resources: try printing it straight from the command line from
a Unix account to a postscript printer. That's what I did. "$ lpr lore.ps"
and bang, much NERPS. I don't have an ideal setup, either. My host is a
Dell (crap) SCO box that uses our Banyan Vines print queues via a third
party product called "Incognito." The funny part is that print jobs from
the SCO box print almost immediately, unlike the MS-DOG PC's it was
designed to support.
So you might give that a shot if you can.
