I went to Gencon last year (there are benefits to living in
wisconsin). I was a good time. If I remember correctly, if you pay
at the door, it's $5.00 per day for an observer pass and $10.00 per
day for a player pass. Or you could preregister, which is the better
option, because it lets you sign up for scheduled games ahead of
time. The scheduled games often have prizes etc. (My friend has
been going for years and has won prizes for both Shadowrun and other
games...He use to live in Milwaukee)
To get the preregistration materials, check at your local gaming
store. And, I still have a catalog for GENCON laying about from last
year, so I will dig it out and post any pertentaint info from it.
Oh, and they do have a military discount. A good one to.
