Ok here is something that I had not even considered but I had a quick idea from
Gibson's _Mona_Lisa_Overdrive_: molly had been using HE Flechettes basically
explosive flechettes....shredders?...hit something hard go off on impact hit
something soft like clothing/flesh/little tiny rocks/newts/frogs and it gives
you about 2-3 secs to think about what kind of hole these things are gonna
leave :)

I have never heard of Nitro rounds...
