have you seen the running man? there was a net gun in the air port scene.

its basically a _very_ larg stubby looking shot gun with four foot ball
shaped weights at the 'corners' of the barrel. when fired those go out at an
angle to spread the net while travelling forward. maybe it will work i
dunno..looks to be basically a large mincer...
