I don't think that the armed forces are going to be very heavily cybered
for the same reason that most security forces aren't: cost. When you
have a large group of people in uniform (well, maybe not too large,
considering the UCAS military has basically become semi-elite and elite
troops) that aren't fighting very much, it's uneconomical to cyber them.
Also the fact that not everybody *wants* to have half (or whatever) their
body replaced with metal. There is bound to be small groups of cybered
troops, but not in any great quantity.
