My friend and I did a conversion of weapons from CP2020 which
included a netgun. one of the rounds that we made for it was a monowire
pack. The weapon basically had four weighted balls that were attached to
small barrels each pointing a slightly different direction forward. The
effect was that when the gun was fired, the balls were all propelled out
so that the net would spread out and be effective. The particular
monowire net that we devised was particularly deadly. If you want to see

where he put it.
