Actually I quite like a bottle of Chianti or any other smooth full bodied red-
wine. Wine is useful for gaming sessions as it doesn't matter how warm it gets.
For serious drinking though break out the real ale which means going down to
the local pub. I'd suggest Old Peculiar, XB, No.3, 80 bob and Owd Rodger. If
you want to drink beer at home then Newcastle Brown, Directors and Exort are
all worth a mention but they suffer from the fact that you have to stick them
in the fridge and have to keep getting up when you've done with one can/bottle
<some of us are truly lazy :) >.

As to that most popular of American beers Budweiser well I have to admit to
never having tried any, though my girlfriend who has informs me that it's
rather like a pale ale. Ie a wierd cross between lager and proper real ale.
