Here is some gear I thought you might be interested in. Especially those of
you GM's who use outside source material...

These were developed under the SRI rules....

Spidersilk Armor
(According to AP News the U.S.Army is working on this--
BioEngineering-better living thru Chemistry or your tax dollars hard at
work)

Spidersilk Armor is a suit flexible fabric weave armor that can be worn
under clothing or as a jumpsuit.
In the first case it would be Body/4 kg in wt., with a
rating of 4/1. In the second, it is Body/3 kg in wt., with a rating of 7/5.
The suit itself comes with a hood and gloves, along with special boot
covers. This insulates the wearer, so that thermographic detectors have
a +2 to the TN to find the wearer. The external version can be envirosealed
for a small additional charge, but the weight increases to Body/2 kg.
Cost: Body suit= 500=Y=/point of Body covered
Jump suit= 750=Y=/point of Body covered
Enviroseal +2000=Y=

I don't have legality indicies on this but it's availability is limited
(TN=5/6)
These numbers have worked well in our campaigns. Any suggestions?

A rocket gun formed on the tri-barrel design.(Imagine a sawed-off shotgun
with 3 barrels in a triangular arrangement)
It is a chemically propelled sabot weapon capable of firing multiple
purpose projectiles. This includes, but is not limited to HEAP, AP,
Incinderary(sp?), Fragmentation and Chemical.

at the listed range. The weapon has NO PB range, and has not yet acquired
enough velocity at Short range to be fully effective.

Cost:10,000 =Y=

Legality class (0?) is restricted to security firms and military outfits
Availability is Extremely Limited. TN=8


I would like your feedback on these. Are they realistic or munchkinous?
If munchkinous, can they be fixed? I haven't had much game play with the
gun as yet, so any suggestions are welcome.
