No. It wouldn't have the solid surface required to lesson an impact blow that
much. If it did - you wouldn't be able to move in it. At the most a skin armor
like this would stop bullets from punchering the body but would still leave
LARGE bruising and bones would still break. Look at the form fit body armor in
the book - thats what this stuff basically is.
