OK So you agree that matrix movement from node to node should be
instantanous. But how do ya handle running away from IC then ,who is
faster, simply the one with the higher initiative. Sure that would make
sense, but how much faster would you be. How much distance can you gain
within, let's say one combat phase ? There has to be some kind of ruling
on matrix speed.
