Yes, that's been mentioned from time to time. I think Doctor
Doom is our resident expert, though others have also contacted the Dark
Lord(s) from time to time.
Perhaps it would be worthwhile as a meta-FAQ, avaliable on various
WWW and FTP sites (nobody actually uses normal Gopher anymore if they can
help it), and I'll add a pointer to it in the FAQ.
