That's assuming that you use the NAGEE nega mage type character. Many people
on here, me included, beleive that so called nega-mages are really only
untrained magicians who just happen to use their abilities when they are
under severe stress at a particular time. I feel that the nega-mage as
portrayed in NAGEE conflicts with SR magical philosophy, and is far to
liable to munchkinisation.
