Yes you have an alignment. Remember, theives -COULD- actually be good
aligned. Try Chaotic Good. You know.. Chaotic, disordered,
and, most importantly, *NOT LAWFUL*!!! :)
Alignments are condensed generalizations of the character's beliefs. If
MIT was commiting dark experiments on helpless rabbits (thwap), then a
lawful good character could break in and free all of them with a clear
conscience, if all other attempts to free them failed. A lawful
character would attempt to protest and sue and etc etc...
Then he'd break in, keeping with his lawful code. But then again. A
chaotic was already there to begin with. :)
