It went something like this:
If a person puts priority A into magic, they can be a Nega Mage. The effects
of being a nega mage are the following:
1)They are never considered to be a voluntary target for any spell.
2)They have a "magic attribute", which is calculated the same as for a mage
(essence rounded down, bioware effects it, etc)
3)They have a "magic pool", calculated the same as for a normal mage.
4)When a spell is cast at them, the TN of the spell is increased by a number
equal to the nega mage's "magic" attribute. The nega mage may add dice from
his "magic pool" to the resistance test.
Those are the ones I am pretty sure of. I think they also had the ability to
use dice from their magic pool for spell defence for other party members, but
with some sort of restriction. Anyways, I think you get the idea.
