There is worse--a newer round called the Magsafe tested better in
german testing. I won't upset Wes by describing these tests, but the
frangible loads are the best at this time...

However, remember that they do not have an armor--piercing
capability of any type--they are designed to spread out widely
throughout the human body, minimalizing the risk of the bullet
passing through and hitting someone else. Or, for the SWAT or
antiterrorism units that often use the round, the fragile skin of an
aircraft in flight.
