If I am wrong, I apologize. I was working from memory. And the IR
thing. This is a gamemaster question. I do not allow my deckers to
use it. The main reason is that a corp would have appropriate
counter-measures, and the deckers we have had are too dumb to
think of IR. Come to think of it, only one of the six or so deckers even
used a sat link.
