Subject: Decking stuff.

I have a few questions.

First off, In the rules for building decks, it says that a deck can
only have react. inc. up to it's mpcp/2 rounded down. But the fugi
ciber-4(mpcp 6) that comes with the decker architype has react. inc. 2.
Which is right?

2. I'm a new GM and trying to figgure out the decking rules. Does
anyone have any suggentions, info, etc they cangive me?


3. Related to 2. Does anyone have any prebuilt matrix systems that they
would like to share?
