One of the major reasons a mage will initiate is for the metamagic. And to
be
honest your best bet is to get a copy of the grimoire. It is good stuff and
most
mages will want to use at least a little of it, so it should be worth the
investment.
And there is too much to do it justice here on the list.

And as GM I would want any character to perform some kind of ordeal.
Spending
10,000 karma points does not really give any role playing fun! :-) And
talking of karma
my players wanted extra. After having played for a little while I am more
than
inclined to give them the extra. Anyone have any guidelines? (Sorry if this
has
been asked recently but I have had terrible problems with the mail server)
