If you want munchkin...try a vampire or Greater Dracoform with wired
reflexes-3 and spell locked/quickened personal enhanced cybered reflexes
level 4. I did this once, but only had wired reflexes-2 (or was it boosted
reflexes-3?) and got an intiative of 14 + 8d6. I did this for some fun and
for some nasty NPC's.
