I'll let the rule experts answer the first, as on the second question,
from my standpoint ANYTHING is possible, the game's limets are the
imagenation of the 1) the GM and 2) the players. I just advise that you
set up PREdetermened rules for the player and you had better stick to
them. I've experimented with new kind of magic user that can shape shift,
I set limets and to get new things to change to spend karma, it works
good if you have an experienced player. BTW, it's fun because when they
try spying as a fly I only let them see what they would as if they WHERE
a fly. They soon find the drawbacks.
