First off, I can explain why the stim-patch was included. You see,
Scott, a.k.a. Reaver, likes to create spells with D+6 drain, or worse.
The Improved Mauler spell is something like that. The same goes for his
"Meson Beam" spell.

Secondly, I have to agree with most of you. I really don't like the
whole idea, but Scott's one of the GM's (which also includes Me and
Mike). Mike and I go off on some pretty-hair brained schemes, but we try
VERY hard to stay within FASA's established rules. Which means we may
create the archetypal 3L tac-nuke whammy, but you can rest assured that
we are going to pack enough penalties into it to simply not make it worth
it. Scott does most of the time also, but occasionally...let's just say
he sometimes lives in his own world. He's still a great friend and a
hell of a gamer, but now and again he just goes off on tangents.

And believe it or not, Scott actually does have explainations for
everything; I'm just not sure _I_ buy them.
