"quasi-elemantal" planes that these elementals would come from, but
lightning (electricity) is not combined by any two types of elementals,
unless you get two air elementals causing a wind shear. If you were going
to have a lightning elemental, you'd have the have a plane of electrons.
Hey, does that mean I can have a meson elemental from the quasi-elemental
plane of mesons?
