Most Militaries will be going to a three I repeat three man tank in the
next 5 to 10 years. This will be due to the autoloader for the main gun.
Today the standard tank crew constist of a driver, tank ocmmander,
gunner, and loader. Its been this way for the past ummm 20 years? given
the fact that most tanks are huge now I doubt that they will have a crew
above 4 even in the extreme future. In fact they may get smaller given a
rigger can take up 2 jobbs if he/she/it is good.
