Could a powerful free spirit know the conjouring skill and be able to use it
to conjour other spirits, or even bind other free spirits to its service,
especialy if its an evil son of a fragger.
I am currently running a campaign where the arch villian is a 7000 year old
evil free spirit, almost akin to the enemy, he actualy likes the enemy
and I wanted to know whether he could conjour other spirits and trap free
spirits in to his service
