Sorry, I'm fresh out of carp. See "Using A Focus", page 137 of the
hardcover edition.

Oh, BTW, people would probably like to note that you can attack and destroy
inactive foci from Astral space (they still are astrally active, which is
why they can be used as ritual links). So you'd probably want to keep your
inactive foci somewhere VERY safe. Grounding through them, however, is
right out.
