these are both rather tough calls.

Platelet Factory - no - It will not help. Platelet factories are for when you
have a few wounds, they stop the bleeding. With magic, every cell in your body
is damaged - thats why people tend to bleed through their eyes and ears when
blasted by magic. - so NO, it will not help - it will probably interefere

Trauma Dampener - iffy. The magic part would kill and disrupt your body, while
the dampener should keep you alive and out of shock. Basically, if you took
a deadly wounds just barely, then its only 9 boxes and one in mental, but if it
was a fairly successful deadly - they got the deadly wound plus 2 successes -
then I would say your toast
