Here's a partial solution (I hope); I modified the Welcome to
ShadowRN message (below) to stress reading the FAQ. This is the first
message people receive from me.
Unfortunately, AFAIK (and Robert, please let me know if this is
wrong) it is not possible to change the text of the first message people
receive from HEARN when they subscribe.
I'm still working on getting the admins here to install Procmail,
so that I can have it sent automagically as soon as I receive new
subscriber messages from HEARN.
