The limitation was that you could not Anchor a Damaging Manipulation spell
with a Damage Code of M or greater to a Dikoted weapon without screwing the
Dikote.

The spell will last for as long as you specify using a Temporal Link, or if
you do not specify a Temporal Link, then you must sustain the spell. But
yes, after it runs out, you need to put the spell back into it again (but
the enchanting operation to make the weapon a suitable receptical for the
Anchoring only needs to be done once).

But, seriosuly, I'm not a guru, I just know the SR rules and world pretty
well. And, as you've no doubt noticed, I'm not infallible, nor very learned
in general.
