I would not be surprised if some of those "ex"-Wildcats (especially in
places like Denver) are actually not so "ex." Simply detatch some active-duty
Wildcats, change their paperwork to reflect their new status as
"civilians" and give them automatic jobs in the police force. Walla!!!
You have yourself a police force consisting of a core of "ex"-wildcats.
