which would be fine were it not for the details under sustained
spells, page 100 something in the same book that say you cannot
sustain damaging manipulations. Don't have the exact page number to
hand but its in the spells bit after toxic threats.
and yes there are drain code modifiers for them in the spell design
system, i know, just FASA directly contradicted themselves in the
same book. Look at it realistically you do damage every instant and
take drain every instant, say phase, just how many time can you
resist that drain, even with centering.
