A character can bond foci during character creation using the force
points one gets from the recourses category. The 50 points priority A gives
would get you one helluva weapon focus.

But the sammie would have double the strength and body of the PA plus
extra armor, not to mention the speed. So the sammie will have lower
TNs and more dice when resisting - sice that dont come from his pool - and
higher power ratings when he attacks.
