Enchanting is a magical proccess which is drawn out over a long period of
time. It still requires a Magic Attribute to perform, so it is not entirely
like a skill. It has no drain because the enchanter is taking so long to let
the magical energies filter through him. I'd say an enchanting focus would
be akin to a Power Focus rather than a Weapon Focus, if it were possible.
But is it going to be possible? I mean, a focus for creating other foci?
It's like a having an elemental assist you in summoning another, or
designing a spell to help with spellcasting. I'm not so sure the very idea
makes sense.
