Some, but not usually much. If I can't throw an 80Kg mass 10 feet, there's
no way that I'm going to throw *myself* that distance, regardless of what
kind of shock or cavitation I'm experiencing.
What is commonly called ``knock down potential'' or ``stopping power'' is
just the likelyhood of the round killing the target right then and there,
or wounding them so severely that the effects of systemic shock occour
almost immediately. In either case, without conscious will to remain
standing, the target collapses, often twisting or jerking about due to
random muscle spasming, and the very tiny velocity added due to the bullet
impact, of course :).
