T$R did it, and I heard rumours that adnd-l was shut down for a
few weeks while the listowner talked to T$R's lawyers. Now, I'm not
saying that FASA's quite that bad, but the precedent is there. And if we
were to do something as blatantly in violation of copyright as posting
entire unpublished books they might change their minds.
