Untrue chummer, look right at the start of the book where they exaplain the
game for newbie's to Role-playing in general; people with under one essence
are described as walking the edge of sanity, and 0 essence headers hve not
_too_ long to live.

This is SR, the players don;t get their wares legally, they go to some other
header who operates out of a garage and'll fit anything you want for the
right money.

Still I congrulate you on keeping the motive's personal.political, I've
been having a hard time managing that lately.

APDS supressive, you must have a large budget; in my games anyone stupid
enough to do that can't pay the bills at the end of the month.
