Hello there!

I'm kinda new on this mailing-list-thing, chummers, so don't flame me for
raising an issue which might have been settled a long time ago, ok?

Any of you guys GM'ed Harlequin's Back? Yes it is wierd, but also original.
Actually some people might argue that it is _too_ original. To be honest, I
will scream the day windlings and T'skrang walk the streets of Seattle. What
I'm talking about is FASA's Earthdawnization of SR. Nobody who knows what
Earthdawn is all about could have missed the _striking_ similarities between
the Horrors and the Enemy. Now the question is: Where will they stop? (FASA,
that is) Is there anyone who has written them a line saying: "Please no more
Earthdawn in Shadowrun!" ? I've been thinking a lot about emailing them
about it but I haven't had the motivation lately.

Actually, if there ARE any wierdoz out there who would actually _like_ to
have horrors and obsidimen in SR, I'd like to hear about it. I'd like to
hear a good argument why?

Well, I admit. I'm a down-to-earth hardcore cyberpunk phreak. I still think
the amount magic slash hitech in SR should be about 20% slash 80%. I know
some who think the opposite. This might also be why I don't deal lasers and
funny sci-fi weaponry to my players (Gunpowder doesn't kill people,
Vengeance class miniguns do). Keep it cyber with a touch of magic, that's
how I like it.

Comments welcome, pro or anti.
