Agreed but only on the physical plane. As it states spell
effects only occur on the physical plane...
this is why any stat increases do not apply when projecting.
Also any armor/armor spell does not apply to astral space -
so the mana barrier would be visable from astral but any (astral
being)/(astrally cast spell) would simply ignore the barrier spell.
But once the spell becomes physical - it would be subject to
the normal barrier ratings for expanding to surrounding PCs.
