That's what would happen if it was a Damaging Manipulation, but isn't
Fireball a Combat spell? (hold on... just checking...) Yep. Essentially,
it's a Powerball that sets fire to things as well. The damaging part is
affected by the mana barrier, though the elemental effect is still a
problem for everyone else.
