Or, you could use the same characters and use HB
as the starting point for a worldwide conspiracy of "Enemy"
worshippers. For example, look at the London Sourcebook. There is a
huge government cover-up in one of the toxic zones and a dragon &
corp have teamed up to create a fortress over two ley lines. Also,
don't forget about the Glastonberry Circle mention in Prime Runners.
HB is too unique to let stand alone!.
