Orcs, elves and dwarves get a -1 TNo for the other guy's perception test
when sneaking (move silently), elves and dwarves get a +1 TNo for the other
guys tests vs sneak (Hiding), stuff like that.

It doesn't come up that often, I have a preponderance of human
characters.
