Yes, pretty close, I'm not that up on vehicle damage- armor penetrating
rounds might offer a good chance (does APDS half hardened armor? its in the
little rules clarification table of SRII, which I ain't got here).
Some Gms allow elementals and spirits to manifest inside those vehicles,
which I started a thread on, the result of which was that elementals should
only be allowed to do this as a remote service (IE requested at time of
summoning). I imagine elven conjuring adepts have pretty much replaced
stealth bombers as the airfield destroyers of choice. (Go to such and such
place and destroy every air vehicle there).
