Panther cannons should definitely not get reactive triggers,
those things are useful for blowing up light tanks and
doors, not for use in fire-fights (18D, I can get the same
damage from an assault rifle thanks, and split the damage
between several people)

The rotary (minigun) versioj of a panther assault cannon
can only fire 5 rounds per Complex action/phase, so I
think it's safe to assume that you physically can't
get them to cycle fast enough to fire more than one per round.
After all, a minigun (6000 RPM) is something like 6-10 times
as fast as most other automatic firearms (600-1000 cyclic
rate of fire).

Reactive Trigger's were taken out of the 2nd edition, but
were assumed to have been built in to _most_ firearms.

Personally, I still use the older, short clips, in some
cases they're much easier to get through MAD scanners and
chem-sniffers.

LMG's are 10 rounds per phase max, but some can also
do burst fire (3 per burst), and semi-atuo (1 per pull
of the trigger, 1 per simple action).

The Supermach and Ares HV-*** are special cases that do
6 rounds per burst, and up to 15 rounds for fully auto fire,
due to their three rotating barrels (half a minigun).
