If troll dermal armor is just a "free" level of dermal armor, can they still
use ortho skin (which is incompatable with regular dermal armor). We've played
it just that way, that they could, altough sometimes the GM would count "troll
armor" as an aditional point of ballistic or impact armor, whether out of rules
vagueness or some personal interpretation of the situation.
