to be honest, I think blunt trauma is already covered by the SR rules,
if you have loads of armour, but no body you can still gets blown to
pieces by rounds, even though the power is reduced below 0, you still
have to role at 2's. If that's not blunt trauma, I don't know what is.
The one major problem with the gel-pack stuff is it degrades _every_
time it takes a penetrating hit!
2 or 3 hits on even heavy sec armour and the stuff's going to be ragged.
I ruled that the original ballistic rating, etc took damage as per FoF,
and only the hardened rating degraded, it makes the stuff a little better.
That's probably common (ie. bloody obvious) house rule, isn't it?
