Thats your call to make as a GM, but I really dont recomend it. Anyway
"pure" WYTIWYG *does*not* allow for new worldviews for PCs.
PS: Pure WYTIWYG is my version :)

I personaly have nothing against this, but I consider it to be highly
destibilising and potentially dangerous. If you plan on doing stuff like that
you better have some very responsible and knowledgable players.
