For a headshot the +1 damage is definitely appropriate. And unless you
have head protection of some sort, where does the armour come in?
<Shrug>. OTOH you would have to look hard to find a sec-guard without
some sort of armour on their head. Even civilians who wear body armour
often add head protection in an inconspicuous guise (often just the
Kevlar mentioned: no bonus to worn armour, but your head is considered
armoured too).

Now for a +8 you can go for an eye... :-)

It's a house rule. Should have said so.

I don't count Enhanced Artic as adding to skill for "how much Combat Pool
can I add?". I mean, like Lynch needs the help? Again, a house rule only.

That hold-out is a last resort (and with only four shots and no smartlink
it needs to be), but it's saved his bacon at least once. And it usually
gets through scanners... of course he smells of explosives, he surrendered
a lot of .357 explosives, and the metal detector is picking up the cyberware,
the shrapnel, several bullets the surgeons decided not to remove, the belt
buckle, the pins and badges on the jacket, the eyelets on the boots, the
dog tags... Just go on through, all right? There's people waiting!

When you have shot and killed a man, you have defined your attitude towards
him. You have offered a definite answer to a definite problem. For better
or for worse, you have acted decisively.
In fact, the next move is up to him.
