Governments come in three kinds, they either have the corps on a leash
(like the ADL - Germany - or the Tirs), or they have been practically taken
over by a corp (like Aztlan and Aztechnology) and there there is the
majority that simply hates the corps' guts and tries to keep what litle
power they still have (UCAS).

Corps are only in it for the money, so relations are irrelevant to them :)

Poli-clubs have gotten a bad rep by now. Alamos 2000, humanis and the UB
certainly took care of that.

As for research institutions, well corp ones do what the corp sez
as for Unis and the rest, I guess they are pretty much the way they
are today.
