Right then chummer, sellling body-parts from your dead enemies,
and sometimes friends ahs been in Cyberpunk 2020 for a while, but
my players managed to think of it on their own with no outside
help..

First, you have to find a sick enough chop-doc to do the work.
There are some things you'd better think about before you do it
though.
i) The payer can earn a shit-load of money doing this, so be
careful before you suggest it to them
ii) out and out butchery can give you a bad rep as a ghoul.
iii) street docs have minimal negotiation skill, so let him
hire a lawyer ( ;-) )

Once you've though about that, here's how I do it.

All ware that get's chopped out by a street doc can only be sold
as second hand (for 50% of normal street price), or as parts
(probably for about 10%).

You had to kill the guy to get him on the table, so odds are some
of his cyber is damaged (reduce the price further)

Some cyber is not damagable, like Boosted Reflexes, and so
odds are you can't really remove it and sell bits off (as far as
I'm conerned, boosted is at least partially a treatment of drugs
and electroshock, etc).

Other cyber, like bone-lace and dermal, can;t be used by another,
and can only be sold off for parts.

Don't trust street-docs, if the guy has Beta Wired-1, do you
think the doc is gonna tell you? No way, he's gonna tell you
it's wired 1, and give you 10K odd ;-)

For _actual_ body parts, use the prices in tfor replacement organs,
and figure these as the worst type but one for compatability (I
cant remember the name), take off 50% for surgery and damage, and
then do the negotiation.

"Selling-bits" is a potential gold-mine for PC's and can be even more
profitable than selling the other guy's guns and vehicles, so be
careful with it. You don;t want to see the characters going on a
run more conerened about the money they can make from killing and
cannibalising (literally) people than the money they make doing their
job _right_....
