How about conjouring foci, though i admit it really won't help much.,
centering only vs penalties to target numbers.

Ah yes, try finding that calibre wage mage thats prepared to take a
serious wound for you (guaranteed vs 16 rated drain, well
realistically), and thats assuming charisma 8
oh now the 16 points of karma to make it permanent, like he/shes
prepared to replace it tommorrow when that single service runs out.
